What do you think Terminator 5 & 6 will be like?
I saw Terminator Salvation and I think it sucked BUT was better than I thought it was going to be/better than Terminator 3. Especially after Arnold came on and the whole end scene which had a reference to Terminator 2.
What do you think they should do to fix the series? I mean it was a bummer when the missiles still got launched in T3!!!
I think in #5 they should bring back Arnold and Robert Patrick as I heard that’s what they were going to do. Probably show the creation of the T-1000 with Patrick being the prototype and get the soldiers to capture/reprogram Arnold as John’s Connor’s children’s bodyguards and perhaps have Reese/Connor practice on Arnold on how to combat Terminators.
In Terminator 6 they should have Reese grow up as well as John Connor-both being hardened veterans. Perhaps build the time machine to obviously go back to protect/save Sarah Connor with a cgi Arnold at the end (not throughout as too much Arnold in all 6 films would suck). Perhaps show Sarah Connor and John again as well-maybe use the Sarah Connor Chronicles characters?
Perhaps we can still have Linda Hamilton-perhaps Sarah Connor faked her own death and she returns in T5 or T6?
Arnold CAN get back into shape;just hit the weights, pump some juice back into him (look at many 60,70 year old bodybuilders-blatently geared up) and put on some moisturiser?
From what i last read, unless things have changed, they may not to do a 5 and 6 since Salvation didnt do all that well. This is was month or so ago when i read it. They were talking about not making anymore, but that could change.

I am not here to tell everyone that smoking pot is good.
I am not here to argue the nature of marijuana.
Nor am I here to promote a pot smoking culture.
If one thinks marijuana is extremely harmful, my only advice to that individual is to read scholarly, well-researched papers on marijuana to enlighten his on her self and to have a more educated opinion on the plant.
I live in California.
And, as many Californians know, our state is bad shape: money may run out.
I heard Arnold does not accept his governor’s salary, and other state politicians or workers, who have more money than they actually need, should take the governor’s example and, maybe not give up all of it, get a 10% salary cut to show that they actually care about the state’s financial shape.
Back to the marijuana idea though, I did some research on marijuana and found reasons, many actually, why it should be legalized; yes, it was a research paper. I found the following.
* The report estimates that legalizing marijuana would save $7.7 billion per year in government expenditure on enforcement of prohibition. $5.3 billion of this savings would accrue to state and local governments, while $2.4 billion would accrue to the federal government.
* The report also estimates that marijuana legalization would yield tax revenue of $2.4 billion annually if marijuana were taxed like all other goods and $6.2 billion annually if marijuana were taxed at rates comparable to those on alcohol and tobacco.

I haven’t looked into what legalizing marijuana in California alone would do to save money in California alone, so I cannot give you any figures on what it would do, like right now, to help California. However, I will say this. Legalizing pot in California will save state and local government money and law enforcement manpower, or resources, if you dislike the term manpower.
It’s kinda dated, 2005, but I presume it would still hold true.
I’m not a big pro-marijuana activist, I just have an educated opinion.
I wanted to get this out there because today I read on the paper that what the federal government told California, on the $24 Billion Dollar deficit, was to deal with it yourself. The newspaper was The Bakersfield Californian.

I am 6′ and run about 240lbs. By the standard scale that puts me about 65lbs over weight. I’ve been working out both weight training and cardio for several months. My goals are to get not only back in shape but to basically sculpt my body. I don’t mean Arnold big but more like Daniel Craig (The new James Bond). Am I shooting myself in the foot? I read a question a bit ago about this and all the women said they don’t like muscle men. I know that most men love a woman to be in great shape, we never hold that against them. What are your thoughts ladies?

can someone help me perfect my workout routine?
Ive been working out for the past few months trying to get back into shape. Its been a few years since I really had a good routine going. Im no fitness expert by any means, but heres my routine.
2. outside grip bar curls while standing
3. inside grip bar curls while sitting
4. hammer curls
5. seated curls (one arm at a time)
6. hammer curls 2, bring hand to opposite shoulder across chest instead of curling straight up
1. assisted pull-ups
2. db rows
3. bent over lateral raises
4. lateral pulldown
5. arnolds press
6. horizontal pull-ups? (dont know the name, but you lie down and pull yourself up to the squat bar, kind of like a row)
7. standing shoulder press
8. roman chair, aka extensions
9. front raises
1. db press
2. dips (with fitness ball for challenge)
3. inclined db press
4. skull crushers
5. db fly
6. db tricep extensions (behind the head)
7. tricep kickbacks
8. tricep rope pulldowns until burnout
Sorry for my lack of fitness terminology, Im not really sure what all these exercises are called but hopefully someone will understand these.
I also want to do core on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But I have some questions first. Is it alright to do cores every day? every other day? how much is too much when it comes to doing core? I have a list of about 15-20 core exercises that I would love to incorporate into my routine. But I dont know how I should split them up into those two days. Should I do 7-10 on each day Tue, Thur? Or should I do maybe 3-4 each day but spread it across two weeks so that the exercises dont get boring and I have something different each week?
I would love to hear some feedback (good, bad, etc..) 10 pts to the best answer.

Help on getting 6 pack abs?
So I have battled with weight problems all my life. Most of which was just poor eatting habits and not working out. However in my 9th grade year over the summer going into 10th grade I lost 50lbs by just simple dieting and working out every day. I was doing 6 day plan for both cardio and weight training.
For lifting I did a program for german volume training which has seem to put a decent amount of muscle mass on me and when not doing that I was doing a program known as body for life. I tend to stick with body for life more because, it put cardio in the mix of my weight training but, I sometimes would change it up and do my movements slow and controlled so I wouldn’t plateau.
German Volume basics 65-85% of max weight
Day 1 – 10 sets of 10 (super setting) Chest and Back with a 5-0-3 tempo
Decline bench press – Back Rows (or pull ups) Depends whether I could get to a gym or not
3 sets of flys or peck deck and 3 sets of back flys or back version of peck deck
Day 2 – 10 sets of 10 (same tempo above) Legs and Abs
Squats and/or deadlifts and Cable cruches and/or ab toning wheel
3 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of leg curls, 3 sets of leg press (when at the gym)
abs I did variations of crunches for all areas of my abs for extra burn
day 3- off
day 4-10 sets of 10 of any bicep and tricep movements. Shoulders I did military press and
arnold presses mostly
3 sets of concentration curls or cable curls for burn and rope cable extensions for triceps
3 sets of shoulder flys to the side and out in front
3 sets of shrugs
Day 5 – off
Day 6 – Repeat day 1
All off days I do jogging and/or running – biking, log walks, kick boxing or some type of martial arts
Judo – Kempo for examples
Body for life is similar but 6 sets and not much differant but the program is as follows
Day 1 Upper Body Training Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back/Biceps
Day 2 Cardiovascular Workout
Day 3 Lower Body and Abs Training Quads/Hamstrings/Calves/Abdominals
Day 4 Cardiovascular Workout
Day 5 Upper Body Training Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back/Biceps
Day 6 Cardiovascular Workout

Same basic movements. I had given up and put weight back on for about 4 years. I gained 67lbs because of it and recently in April I started working out again. I lost now 62lbs and I’m in the same shape I was in before I took my break if not better shape. However, once again with my training and high protein – low to semi low fat and carb diet I can’t seem to get rid of that last few lbs of body fat.
I started recently doing cardio every day and still doing my weight training. Im burning atleast 2500 to 3500 calories every workout and I have seen some results but, I feel like Im still in a plateau. Any tips on how I can get my 6 pack abs?
This plan will get you cut and also force the body to pile on pounds of muscle extremely fast – so first you need to put yourself in a calorie + carb deficit – 1600 per day ,50 grams max BUT you must keep your protein grams high AND drink PLENTY of water – around 300 is okay,whey,casein,normal good protein foods etc – limit saturated fat as much as possible , then workout intensively as normal for the NEXT 3 days in a row hitting different muscle groups each day but ALWAYS do some form of cardio immediately after as this will tap straight into your fat stores IF this is done on an empty stomach OR if just a drink of 8 egg whites is consumed about 30 mins prior(,rest on day 4 ) then continue with the workouts/nutrition plan for the final day – now things are going to be COMPLETELY REVERSED so a calorie surplus is about to enter the NEXT 5 days – so eat EACH DAY – 5000 calories at least, 750 grams of complex carbs,,protein is still good @ 300 ,water is VITAL so keep drinking loads,sat fat the same – now the workouts – just repeat what you did before but NO CARDIO WHATSOEVER afterwards for these mass building days,this will make the body OVERCOMPENSATE to an enormous degree as you have depleted it so much in the previous 5 days,the results will be a reduction of BF % and a metabolic shift to anabolism – around 18lbs of fat will be totally stripped off after 40 days and replaced with solid muscle – you just need to continue this as stated – 5 days deficit /5 days surplus,fast and easy..
