Managing A Case Of Personal Injury

Dealing with an accident in the family can be traumatic. The whole family gets involved in the dealing with the fall out – right from looking after the victim, to handle the police and even managing distraught emotions in the family. An important thing that often gets relegated to the background is that of consulting with a personal injury attorney. This is very important especially if the victim is not at fault and is suffering because of the negligence of another.

Personal injury is not necessarily associated with only vehicular accidents. It can also result from something that happens at your work place. It is also applicable in the case of physical and mental distress that may be caused because of a negligent person. In all such cases you are entitled to a compensation. The injury can be the result of libel which results in damage to your reputation and in some cases even false imprisonment.

But a personal injury case can never be cut and dry as there are several legal issues that need to be handled. Here is where a professional attorney can be of help. You will have to approach him as soon as the incident takes place. This will help in recollection because trauma can also lead to blocking out of certain parts of the event. Once your lawyer has all the details, he will be able to advice you on the way forward and the kind of case you can present. He will also be able to ensure that all of your interests are taken into consideration and you get all that you are entitled to.

Such lawyers are important because they keep themselves abreast of the law. This is something that is changing all the time and lawyers are required to remain updated. They will also be able to apply the convoluted law to your particular case and help you make the most of it in a manner that is well organized. The kind of paperwork involved is extensive and a lawyer will ensure that everything is in order.

Many kinds of cases have what is known as a statute of limitations, which means that you will not be able to file your case after a certain time frame from the incident. Your lawyer will be the best person to guide you through this. Keeping this in mind you will be able to get what you want from the case.

How to Live a Happy Life – Part 2

Last time I spoke about the law of attraction, what it is and how to use it. Now I’ll talk about another way to help you be happy or at least happier. My favorite way to use the secret weapon: the mind.

Autosuggestion – I use it since I was a little child, not to its full extent from the beginning, but it always was funny and pleasant experimenting with this way of thinking, so I kept doing it. This, like the law of attraction, is based on the strength of your thoughts. I, for one, consider autosuggestion a very powerful and sometimes even dangerous path.

Why? Because you can use it any way you want…there is no positive or negative side with it; if you really believe that something is real then it becomes real (good or bad); when you learn to use this power to its full potential the meaning of limitation is lost to you. Of course, if you are not careful, you can easily go into fanaticism, and lose yourself in your dreams. Be careful though: believing that you can do harm indirectly to another may be possible…but the karma you get from that will indisputably kick you in the behind according to your action/s.

Like with the law of attraction, autosuggestion uses your imagination. You have to see yourself being, doing, having, feeling what you want, and the difference being that when using autosuggestion you are in full control, you are your own power. There is no greater force to help you, all is in you and in your mind, which is what sets the rules on what you can and can’t do.

The hard part comes when you think of the thing you want the most (may it be health, money, career and so on) and you use autosuggestion, but in your mind there is a little voice telling you “that’s not real, I don’t believe that”; a good way to overcome this problem can be starting with small things so that your mind can easily accept them and you can then prepare for the big wishes. If you trained yourself with small challenges, when you start taking the big ones the mind is more willing to accept any „crazy” idea that you may have. At that point you have a couple of ways to win even against yourself:

DETAILS: you see yourself doing, having, being what you want with as many details as you can; let yourself improve your imagination with every passing day, don’t worry that you’ll forget a thing or two. The more details you give yourself the closer that daydream is to becoming a reality.

FEELINGS: every time you think of what you want, let your feelings manifest, feel the sensation of what you want, may it be your spouse, all those money, the perfect body or even being president, if that is what you desire. Now, you may want to keep those feelings inside you, so that you don’t look crazy changing your expression too many times with no apparent reason to the outside eye. Or, if you are alone and not afraid to look a little crazy let them free to manifest.

When you combine these two, the details and the feelings, with the intensity of your wish, you start CREATING reality.

On my last part of – How to Live a Happy Life – I’ll address the power of faith.

Latinos have always been known as social beings. Forbes confirmed that when they announced their top Social Networking Superstars and the list was topped by… who do you think?

Shakira, Selena Gomez, and Crisitano Ronaldo are the amongst the top 10 best social media superstars according to Forbes.

Shakira came in sixth place and was one of nine singers that made the list. Shakira generally uses social media to promote her new music and post photos about tours and vacations. She has 17.6 million twitter followers and 52.5 million Facebook followers. Recent news of her pregnancy likely will keep her followers engaged and bring in new ones; especially when she starts tweeting and posting pictures showing off her new curve. Wait to see what happens when the baby is born. Then the real spike will happen.

Cristiano Ronaldo came in at number seven as the only non-singer on the list and the only athlete in the top 10. Ronaldo has a humble media presence in which he thanks his teammates for their hard work and dedication. No boasting or pretentious comments from the man many believe to be the world’s greatest soccer star. Ronaldo has 12 million Twitter followers and 47.5 million Facebook followers.

Finally Selena Gomez finished off the list at number 10. The singing-actress uses social media to promote Postcard on the Run, a company that she has invested in that turns iPhone photos into small postcards. She posts a ton of photos from her events and tours and even dates with boyfriend Justin Bieber who was number four on the list. She has 13.3 million Twitter followers and 33 million Facebook followers.

Vanessa Bryant Files For Divorce From LA Lakers Star Kobe Bryant » Celeb Gossip Dot Net, Celebrity Pics & Videos, Hollywood News & Entertainment – CelebGossip.net

|           | It sounds like Vanessa Bryant has had ENOUGH. After a little over 10 years of marriage, she has filed for divorce from LA Lakers’ star player Kobe Bryant , reportedly because she thinks he’s cheated on her again . A source told TMZ: “She’s been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she’s finally had enough. This one is the straw that broke the camel’s back.” Another source says Kobe “desperately” wants Vanessa back, but that doesn’t seem likely. To make matters worse (for Kobe): there is NO prenup. Vanessa has requested primary physical custody of their daughters while Kobe gets visitation. They’ve reportedly already determined how to divide their marital property: Vanessa gets the family’s Newport Beach Mansion (Kobe’s already moved out). But while Kobe is worth a lot, it’s not the $400 million some are saying: it’s more like $150 million . Kobe should be able to manage, and Vanessa should be able to do well with half of that .
